Artmarkets Pty Ltd provide a 100% guarantee that all artwork sold is authentic and as described or your money back.
Can I Trust ArtMarkets Pty Ltd?
A totally understandable question. Being scammed in 2024 is everyone’s biggest online fear, particularly in investment art. You're spending thousands of dollars and being asked to direct deposit to a bank account to a business you’ve never heard of before. So, lets address the issue:

2. ArtMarkets is a registered Pty Ltd company, and our ABN link (73661382994) is available on ABN Lookup.
3. Our business phone number (+61 0412968145) has been registered with Telstra for well over a decade.
3. Our eBay listings link (Bernie001) have 381 feedback (April 2024) with 100% rating over 24 years.
4. ArtMarkets have also listed on link Etsy Account since 2022 with a 100% feedback rating.
5. ArtMarkets is a verified seller with AfterPay.

7. We are also happy to do Facetime live video with you and your interested artwork.
If all else fails, please feel free to fly over Link (Jetstar) and collect the artwork in person (at buyers’ expense). ArtMarkets are always happy to show you our art collection and yes we have live cloud based video security in place.
Can I Inspect the Artwork Before I Buy?
If you live around the Sydney CBD, please call us and make arrangements to view the artwork in person. If you prefer a Facetime inspection, please arrange by email at info@artmarkets.com.au
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
ArtMarkets Pty Ltd accept, direct deposit to our NAB business account. BSB: 082-356; Acc: 984730187. No fees apply. We also accept Visa/Mastercard and Paypal via the Shopify website. Fees will apply of 1.75%+ based on method chosen. We have also added AfterPay to our website offering split payments on purchases up to $2,000 for new subscribers. Fees will apply of 6%. All payment systems are secured through Shopify.
Do You Ship Overseas?
We do ship overseas, however please contact ArtMarkets for shipping costs prior to ordering. Funds will also need to be cleared into out business account prior to dispatch.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Artwork?
All artworks will generally be shipped out within 24 hours. The delivery process really depends on the service chosen. Australia Post do an express service but it does cost a little more. Couriers all depend on the time of year,the size of the package and its destination. We generally ship using:

• Couriers Please
• Aramex
If for any reason, we cannot ship within the day, we will advise you of this immediately.
Do You provide Provenance or COA?
Where possible, we are happy to add details of how we obtained the artwork to retain its provenance. In most cases, art and glass is signed and in some cases art/glass may have a Certificate of Authenticity which will be included with the artwork. This will be noted in the product description. ArtMarkets Pty Ltd do offer a 100% guarantee that
all artworks sold are authentic and as described or your money back. We also provide our own COA upon request.
Will my art/glass be brand new?
No. We specialise in period pieces of art and glass from the mid-20th Century onwards. Art may have been framed decades ago and where possible, we leave the original frame with the artwork. Often glass will be worn slightly on the base. This is very normal. Any defects in the glass will be included in the description. Where possible, we have tried to show the true colours of the item, but this will vary by monitor and photograph.
Is Hand-Made Glass/Art Perfect?
No. Every piece is unique, and no two pieces will ever be the same. This is part of the nature of Murano/Art Glass. You might find some grit marks, bubbles, blending of colours. This is all perfectly normal in Murano glass and unavoidable. Art also has imperfections or wear or foxing and we will try to highlight this in the description and images.
Can I sell my art on ArtMarkets?
Yes, you can, subject to approval. ArtMarkets charge a commission of 12.5% of the sale price to sell your art on the website. This also includes links to social media. We will require details of the art along with images to assist buyers. Please email ArtMarkets Pty Ltd at info@artmarkets.com.au
Can ArtMarkets Buy Art on My Behalf?
ArtMarkets will act as a buyers agent in the purchase of art at auction. We generally get a better rate by attending auctions personally or by phone or absentee bids. We charge a commission of 20% of the final sale price for this service but this generally includes a better purchase price and rate and much lower shipping rates along with the payment upfront to verified customers.
How do I place an Order?
You can add items to your shopping cart and when ready, proceed through the checkout process.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Shopify operate the sales process and they do offer a guest checkout facility.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
